Пальчиковые игры (Fingerplays)

  Ни для кого не секрет, что пальчиковые игры способствуют развитию мелкой моторики рук.

Но как пальчиковые игры могут использоваться в изучении иностранного языка?  Оказывается, самым непостредственным образом.  Мозговой центр, отвечающий за мелкую моторику (fine motor skills) соседствует очень рядом с нейронами, отвечающими за речь (language and cognitive skills).  Именно поэтому дети, в силу разных обстоятельств не способные развивать пальчики и руки, испытывают затруднения и в речи.

К тому же, пальчиковые игры- отличный способ учить стихи, песенки. Вспомогательная игра помогает "отбивать" стихотворный ритм, что служит своеобразной опорой. Помню, как мне на уроке было достаточно положить руку на голову, чтобы 5-летки вспоминали предлоги "on/under''.



Пальчиковых игр придумано великое множество, они срифмованы с морем народных песенок, стишков.Ну, например:

These are grandma’s glasses. (Make circles around eyes.)
This is grandma’s hat. (Cup hands and place on head.)
And this is the way
She folds her hands. (Fold hands and put
And puts them in her lap. in them in your lap.)

Say with a deep voice:
These are grandpa’s glasses. (Make circles around eyes.)
This is grandpa’s hat. (Pretend to put on a hat.)
And this is the way
He folds his arms (Cross arms and fold.)
Just like that!

TEDDY BEAR

Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Turn around. (Turn around.)
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Touch the ground. (Touch ground.)
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Read the news. (Pretend to read.)
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Tie your shoes. (Bend down to shoes.)
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Go upstairs. (Climb stairs.)
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Say your prayers. (Fold hands.)
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Turn off the light. (Pretend to switch.)
Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear,
Say, “Good night.” (Place head on hands and close eyes.)

BEES

Here is a beehive, (Hold up fist.)
But where are the bees. (Shake head.)
Hiding inside where nobody sees.
Soon they will come out of their hive.
One, two, three, four, five. (Slowly hold up one finger at a time.)
Here is a beehive, (Hold up fist.)
But where are the bees.
Flying around all the flowers and trees. (Open and wiggle fingers.)
Soon they will come home from their fun.
Five, four, three, two, one. (Slowly put fingers down to make a fist.)

FIVE LITTLE CUPCAKES

Down around the corner
At the bakery shop, (Hold up 5 fingers and wiggle.)
Five little cupcakes
With sprinkles on top.
Along came (child’s name)
With a penny one day.
She bought a cupcake and
She took it away. (Put down 1 finger.)
Four…three…two…one

FIVE LITTLE MONKEYS

Five little monkeys (Hold up 5 fingers.)
Jumping on the bed. (Bounce fingers up and down.)
One fell off and
Bumped her head. (Gently tap head.)
Momma called the doctor (Pretend to call on a phone.)
And the doctor said,
That’s what you get (Shake finger as if scolding.)
For jumping on the bed.
Four…three…two…one…
No little monkeys…They’re all sick with broken heads!

HERE IS A BUNNY

Here is a bunny (Hold up index and middle fingers.)
With ears so funny. (Wiggle fingers.)
And here is his
Hole in the ground. (Make hole with fist of the other hand.)
At the slightest noise he hears,
He pricks up his ears, (Wiggle fingers.)
Then hops to his
Hole in the ground! (Pretend to hop bunny ears into the hole.)

TEN LITTLE FRIENDS

Ten little friends (Hold up fingers.)
Went out to play (Wiggle.)
On a very bright
And sunny day.
And they took a little walk.
Walk, walk, walk. (Walk fingers in front of your body.)
And they had a little talk.
Talk, talk, talk. (Put fingertips together.)


Перед игрой желательно дать понять ребёнку, о чём идёт речь. Хотя многие учителя придерживаются версии, что с детьми до 3х достаточно выучить рифмовку, я думаю, давать понять наглядно хотя бы частично, о чём в песенке поётся, необходимо. Так, в рифмовке HERE IS A BUNNY  можно на игрушке продемонстрировать, потрогав 
ears,
hole- сделать щель в подушках,  к примеру
изобразив, прислушиваясь   he hears 
hops-  прыгнув ирушкой в норку.

А вот и  Mr. Jellyfish fingerplay:

Five little plankton swimming in the sea.
Teasing Mr. Jellyfish, "Can't catch me!"
Along comes Mr. Jellyfish, quiet as can be.
ZAP!
Four little plankton swimming in the sea.

One little plankton swimming in the sea.
Teasing Mr. Jellyfish, "Can't catch me!"
Along comes Mr. Jellyfish, quiet as can be.
ZAP!
Watch out for jellyfish floating in the sea!

И движения для рифмовки:

1st line--hold up hand and wiggle fingers-use one less finger each verse.
2nd line--point finger when saying "can't catch me".
3rd line- put hand together, fingers down, wiggle fingers.
4th line -- Clap loudly.
5th line--hold up hand with one less finger.
